Advice, Advocacy and Education (AA&E) – A source for information and referral services, advocacy for at-risk populations and community education.

CareSource is proud of our community outreach programs and services. Through our Advice Advocacy and Education program we have trained over 2000 individuals to provide meaningful and appropriate guardianship services to others. We also offer free community education regarding advance directives, navigating the healthcare and legal system and guardianship alternatives. These advocacy efforts have a ripple effect within the community, improving the quality of life for our most vulnerable citizens while reducing the need for guardianship services in the future. We provide:

  • information and referral services for individuals who need services outside the scope of our programs
  • advocacy at local, regional and national levels for at-risk populations
  • cutting-edge continuing educational workshops, seminars, presentations, and lectures on the ethics of health and legal issues
  • support groups and counseling to family members
