Phyllis
has a strong background in medical services from her years
of experience as a medical assistant. She has been the Insurance
Supervisor as well as the Office Manager in several medical
offices. She is terrific with any and all medical claims and
is extremely knowledgeable about interacting with insurance
carriers as well as medical service providers. She is a certified
Recreational Supervisor and has also successfully completed
the Professional Guardianship Training approved for Broward
County. Among other things, Phyllis assures all clients
receive their medications at the lowest possible cost through
the numerous and different Patient Assistant Programs and the new Medicare Part "D" program that most of our clients access.

Theresa
Goodman, B. S.

Theresa (Tee) has
worked on and off again for CareSource since 1999. As the guardian
for her own three children's settlement funds, as well as her degree in business and accounting, she has a strong
background in finance. She audits all the daily money management transactions and supervises the financial specialists and is routinely streamlining the organizational and structure of
all accounts. Tee also prepares the inventories and accountings for all our clients under guardianship, as well as for any family guardians who need assistance in preparing their court reports. Lastly, Tee prepares most of our clients' tax returns, so she is quite focused on taxes and investment
issues that affect each of clients' "bottom lines."

Rochelle
is brand new to our company and is currently undergoing our
extensive training program. As a financial specialist, Rochelle is in charge of the Daily Money Management services many of our clients receive. She has a background
in managing medical offices and related services and will serve our clients well.
