Lisamarie began her career with CareSource in 2005 as our care coordinator. She provides vital assistance and support to all the care managers while they are out "in the field" meeting with clients and service providers.  Before coming to CareSource, she worked as the Volunteer Coordinator for the Broward County Guardian Ad Litem program.  Using those same skills, she also assists CareSource in coordinating our fledgling Volunteer Program.

Stella Gerbasi            Care Manager

Stella is a certified Medical Assistant as well as an X-ray technician.  She has over a decade of medical office, laboratory and patient care assistance experience.  Stella is relatively new to care management (she joined CareSource in 2003) but thoroughly enjoys her personal involvement with each client as well as coordinating their care.  Her strong medical background and knowledge has been invaluable to the agency.  Stella is one of our bi-lingual employees and generally serves our clients who reside in the southern portion of Broward county.  She has also completed a Professional Guardianship Course specifically structured for CareSource employees.

Yolanda is our other bilingual care manager. She has many years experience in the social services and advocacy field.  In addition to working as care manager for incapacitated persons, Yolanda has also been a support coordinator for indivduals with developmental disabilities.  Her strength of knowledge in the social services community is a great asset, and her ability to mediate between family members is greatly appreciated by all the professionals with whom she works.  Yoli serves most of our clients who reside in Northern Broward County.

                Krissy Dittman, BSW
                Care Manager

Krissy works part time, working predominantly with our clients who reside in Palm Beach County. Krissy has a bachelor's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. She began with CareSource in the Spring of 2005 and is a very strong advocate for all her clients. Krissy has also completed a Professional Guardianship Course specifically structured for CareSource employees.
